    The client seeks a  Program Manager - Product & Portfolio Delivery, who ideally, is an experienced program manager in the healthcare payer-domain, with Third Party Administration (TPA) of self-funded clients experience in the Multi-employer Trust or Health Plan administration. The Program Manager excels in client interaction and can effectively oversee strategic programs/projects that involve multiple workstreams/departments. He/she is skilled in managing initiatives from start to finish, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring ongoing program success.
     
    The position will be based remotely.
     
    Some of the position expectations and functions include:
           Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating product/program implementation in the Multi-employer Trust or Health Plan Administration of self-funded clients
    • Develops and manages project plans, including scheduling, resource tracking, and financials.
    • Ensures timely production and approval of deliverables from internal and external stakeholders
    • Proactively identifies and manages project risks & decisions and communications
    • Serves as the primary point of contact for program management-related inquiries.
    • Works closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to plan and develop project scope, resources, and timelines.
    • Develops and manages project budgets
    • Builds and maintains strong client and business partner relationships.
      
    The position offers a base salary ranging from $140,000 - $155,000 (depending upon experience), and includes benefits.

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or healthcare related field
    •  
    • Eight+ years (8) of program/project management experience with focus on Client and product implementation
    •  
    • Four years (4) in Healthcare Payer space with Business and IT Solutions across these domains for self-funded client implementation
    •  
    • Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
    •  
    • Working knowledge of Payer Administration with client implementation and product enablement
    •  
    • .Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
